We are a commercial equipment financing broker, not a lender, and do not make loans or leases. We refer businesses to third-party banks, equipment finance companies, and lessors, who make their own credit decisions and set their own terms. We are compensated by those lenders and lessors, and that compensation may vary by lender and product. We never charge a business any fee before financing is funded. All financing is for business purposes only and is subject to lender approval. Rates, terms, and payment examples on this site are illustrative and are not an offer of credit. Land Tech Capital does not hold state lending or brokering licenses and does not offer financing to businesses in states where a license or registration would be required to do so.

We share it only with funding sources, credit bureaus, and service providers involved in processing your request. We do not sell your information.
Applications from this page send from your own email app, and email is not encrypted end to end. If you prefer, share sensitive details like your SSN by phone at (888) 540-0025.
We keep application records as required by law and our funding agreements. To access, correct, or delete your information, email info@landtechcapital.com. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no trackers.
