Disclosures

Land Tech Capital is a trade name of Land Tech Enterprise LLC, 3 Twin Pines Drive, Pomona, NY 10970, (888) 540-0025. We are a commercial finance broker. We arrange equipment financing for business customers through third-party funding sources. We are not the lender and do not make credit decisions. We are paid by the funding source when a deal closes and never charge a business any fee before funding.

All financing arranged through this site is for commercial or business purposes only, not for personal, family, or household use.

Nothing on this site is an offer, approval, or commitment to lend. Amounts, timelines, and terms shown are typical ranges, not guarantees. Actual terms depend on credit review and documentation. Where state law requires specific commercial financing disclosures, those are provided before you sign.

With your written authorization, we and our funding sources may obtain business and consumer credit reports. Reviewing options generally begins with a soft inquiry. A hard inquiry may occur when you accept an offer and proceed to closing.

By submitting an application you agree we may contact you by phone, email, or text about your request. Consent to texts is not a condition of financing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We consider all applications consistent with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.

Credit authorization

This is the authorization you agree to when you check the credit authorization box and sign the application:

By signing the application, the above-listed business and each business owner or officer (individually and collectively, “you”) authorize Land Tech Capital and each of its representatives, successors, assigns, and designees (“Recipients”) that may be involved with commercial equipment financing transactions, including without limitation the application therefor (collectively, “Transactions”), to obtain consumer or personal, business, and investigative reports and other information about you, including bank statements, from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors, and other third parties.

You authorize Land Tech Capital to transmit this application, along with any of the foregoing information obtained in connection with it, to any or all of the Recipients for the foregoing purposes. You consent to the release, by any creditor or financial institution, of any information relating to you to Land Tech Capital and to each of the Recipients.

You authorize Land Tech Capital and each of the Recipients to contact you via text message, automated call, or email at the contact information listed in the application; consent to such messages is not a condition of financing, and you may opt out at any time, or revoke any consent above or request a copy of information we maintain about you, by contacting Land Tech Capital at (888) 540-0025 or app@landtechcapital.com.

Reviewing your options uses a soft credit inquiry; a hard inquiry may occur when you accept an offer and proceed to closing.

Privacy notice

We collect what you submit: contact, business, and equipment details, and, if you provide them, date of birth, SSN, and credit range. We use it to evaluate your request, arrange financing, verify identity, and communicate with you.

We share it only with funding sources, credit bureaus, and service providers involved in processing your request. We do not sell your information.

We keep application records as required by law and our funding agreements. To access, correct, or delete your information, email info@landtechcapital.com. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no trackers.

Terms of use

This site is general information about our services, provided as is. Content may change without notice. Using the site does not create a broker or advisory relationship; one begins when we accept your application.

The Land Tech Capital name and logo are ours. Please do not reuse them without permission. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
